Momie Bojic is a 71-year-old Bosnian retiree and he has recently created the first wooden Volkswagen beetle. Describing himself as a vintage car lover, he reproduced all parts of the stunning VW using 50,000 pieces of oak
The pensioner spent two years building his dream car by covering the bodywork of a regular Beetle in thousands of oak tiles, each one of which required no fewer than 23 separate procedures. The steering wheel, gearstick, hubcaps and radio are also 100% made from wood.
